SIFEM provides a loan of USD 15 million to Hattha Kaksekar Limited (HKL), a Microfinance Institution in Cambodia. This will help HKL to give access to credit for micro, small and medium-sized companies, and contribute to job support, financial inclusion and the overall growth of the Cambodian economy.
