On 16.12.2022, the Federal Council took note of the outcome of the consultation procedure and referred the draft of the Federal Act on the Development Finance Agency SIFEM AG with the associated dispatch to Parliament. The new law creates a legal basis for SIFEM in the form of an independent organisational decree.
