With this new act, the existing regulations at the level of ordinance will be transformed into law. Jörg Frieden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIFEM, commented: “We are very pleased with this clear result: it represents trust and support for our activities.” The law is expected to come into force on 1 January 2025.
