SIFEM provided a USD 8,4m senior loan through a syndication led by FMO.
Amret is a microfinance institution that has developed a wide range of financial services for low-income people, farmers and MSMEs in Cambodia. It serves over 300’000 clients of which more than 75% are women. More than 40% of the loans are provided for the agricultural sector. Amret has a very large geographical coverage, which allows it to reach clients in more remote and underserved areas, being a key player of a broader financial inclusion in the country.
